All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
To ensure the absolute integrity and purity of our research compounds, all sensitive items are shipped using strict cold-chain logistics. This includes temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping methods to prevent degradation during transit.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 CAD. Please note: We currently only ship within Canada.

Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds and our commitment to quality control, we cannot accept returns on any opened or tampered products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
