1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using symbioticpharma.is (the "Site") and purchasing products from Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your use of the Site and your purchase of any products or services offered herein.

If you do not agree to every provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of this Site and you are prohibited from purchasing our products. 2. Strict Research Use Only

All products sold by Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. The products are explicitly NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION, DIAGNOSTIC, THERAPEUTIC, COSMETIC, OR HOUSEHOLD USE.

• Our products have not been evaluated, approved, or cleared by the FDA, Health Canada, or any other regulatory agency for human or animal use.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or physical ailment.
• Purchaser agrees to use products solely for research under the direct supervision of qualified professionals in a properly equipped laboratory setting.
• Any communication (via email, contact form, phone, or otherwise) implying human or animal use will result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and a permanent ban from our services without refund.

3. Purchaser Representations and Warranties

By purchasing from Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals, the purchaser explicitly represents and warrants that:

• They are a qualified researcher, at least 21 years of age, affiliated with a legitimate research institution, laboratory, or educational facility.
• They are fully aware of the health and safety hazards associated with handling the purchased compounds.
• They possess the necessary facilities, equipment, and knowledge to safely handle, store, and dispose of these compounds in accordance with standard laboratory safety protocols.
• They comprehend the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased, including those detailed in any available Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• They will not hold Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals liable for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from the improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized application of the products.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The purchaser assumes full, sole responsibility for complying with all applicable local, provincial, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding the purchase, possession, handling, and use of the products. This includes, but is not limited to, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) or equivalent international regulations if applicable. Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals makes no representation that the products are legal for purchase or possession in your specific jurisdiction. It is your burden to verify the legality of these research compounds in your region before placing an order.

5. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals. By placing an order, you certify that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof upon request will result in immediate order cancellation and account suspension.

6. Patent Disclaimer

The products offered may be covered by application or issued patents in various jurisdictions. The sale of these products does not constitute a license, implied or otherwise, to practice any patents. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether their specific research applications infringe upon any existing patents. 7. Resale and Transfer Restrictions

Products purchased from Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals are intended for the purchaser's internal research use only. The purchaser agrees not to repackage, resell, distribute, or transfer the products to any third party without explicit, prior written consent from Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals. Unauthorized resale or distribution violates these Terms and may result in legal action.

8. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals currently ships within Canada. For any approved international orders, the purchaser acts as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or import duties. If a package is seized by customs, lost in transit due to carrier error, or delayed, no refunds or replacements will be issued unless explicitly stated in our Shipping Policy or agreed upon in writing by our support team.

9. SMS & Text Messaging Policy

If you elect to receive marketing, promotional, and support text messages from us, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Symbiotic Pharmaceuticals.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
